Little Eaters LLC provides pediatric feeding therapy and orofacial myofunctional therapy for infants, toddlers, and children throughout South Florida, from Miami Beach to Boca Raton.
We know how stressful feeding and oral-motor challenges can be for families. Our approach is holistic, child-led, and family-centered, with a focus on understanding the root cause rather than simply treating the symptoms. We also collaborate with airway-focused dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, and other providers to support truly comprehensive care.

Infant Feeding Therapy
We find the root cause of your baby's feeding challenges, bottle or breast. Our infant feeding therapy takes a holistic look at medical history, oral function, and feeding patterns, with dedicated support before and after frenectomy (tongue tie release) to optimize outcomes if necessary.
Pediatric Feeding Therapy
We identify the root cause of your child's feeding difficulties, from picky eating to sensory-based food refusal. Our pediatric feeding therapy uses trauma-informed, child-led techniques to build a positive, lasting relationship with food empowering them with every bite.
Myofunctional Therapy
Myofunctional therapy improves oral function for children with thumb sucking, tongue thrust, open-mouth breathing, and more! By correcting tongue posture and muscle patterns, we support better breathing, chewing, and long-term oral health.

Hi, I’m Tiffany! I’m the founder of Little Eaters LLC, a pediatric feeding & orofacial myofunctional therapy practice in Hollywood, Florida. I’ve been a licensed speech-language pathologist for nearly a decade, and I focus on helping children and families navigate feeding challenges, oral motor difficulties, and orofacial myofunctional disorders.
I have advanced training in pediatric feeding disorders, oral motor development, tongue ties, and myofunctional therapy. I’m a Certified Myofunctional Therapist (CMT®) and am currently working toward my Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential.
I work with little ones on everything from breast & bottle feeding to starting solids, chewing and swallowing, sensory challenges, mouth breathing & oral habits and more. My goal is always to uncover the why behind a child’s challenges and treat the root cause, looking at the whole child rather than just the symptoms.
Becoming a mom of three (including twins!) showed me firsthand how overwhelming feeding concerns can feel. That’s why my approach is warm, child-led, play-based, and trauma-informed. I meet every child right where they are.
I see families in person at my Hollywood office and virtually throughout Florida. My wonderful team of speech-language pathologists & occupational therapists also serves families in homes, schools, and community settings across South Florida. I love collaborating with pediatricians, dentists, orthodontists, and other providers so every child gets whole-child care and every parent walks away with real answers and practical strategies.

Step Two: Evaluation
A holistic feeding evaluation thoroughly assesses a child's feeding history, sensory preferences, development, mealtime routines, and any medical or psychological factors. This helps create a personalized intervention plan to support their needs.
Step Three: Treatment
Holistic feeding and myofunctional therapy focus on more than just physical challenges. They also address emotional, sensory, and environmental factors to ensure well-rounded, lasting improvements in feeding skills and overall well-being.
Payment
Little Eaters LLC is a private, out-of-network practice.
We’re happy to provide superbill statements for families who wish to submit claims for possible reimbursement directly through their insurance.
